HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!

David,
You will NEVER be old!! How come your birthday didn't show up on the index page like it used to?( Is that why my 53rd was overlooked? :( )
Have a lovely day and behave yourself. No- don't behave yourself. You know what they they say: "there may be snow on the roof" etc etc....
Great to have you back on the Waffle my little Cornish spring- chicken.

lots of love
Noe

Congratulations, David, hope you will have a nice day with a lot of liquid presents! :D Enjoy!

Carol, I didn't even know the meaning of maid but it sounds nice

Cheers
Gisela

Congratulations on your anorak status young lady! Boy, are we sad!
So, you understand now that in Devon "maid" means girl, woman or lady?
I don't think we'll be hearing from young David for while, so let's talk about him whilst he's not paying attention....

What a load of nonsense.

I thought I was the oldest person here until I met Mr W

Now I realise that everybody is older than me.

Ok so who is the oldest person in this forum? We also need to know who is the oldest galavanting person too to give Noe lots of ideas for her next sexy, bodice-ripping novel ... Come forward please so that we can pay our respects to you and your wisdom.

Regards

Dear Paul,

Who is WE?? I don't need to know. And age... Ok, we say age is in your head, not in your body. When you are young in mind you are young anyway. An I guess all of us are galavanting... aren't we? Ladies??

Cheers

As one of my favorite? cousins, who was born a couple of months after me, was inclined to say to me on my birthday and most any other occasion:

Roses are Red,
Violets are Blue,
No matter how old I am,
I'm younger than you!

Actually she's a lovely person despite her constant reminders.

In an interview, Cary Grant was asked...

"How Old, Cary Grant?"

He replied - "Old Cary Grant fine thanks, How you?"

So, Mr Tallet... exactly how old are YOU??!!

Lisa.

What's all this then?
I can't join in as I've already revealed my age, which is very foolish of me as in that hat and those sunglasses I look about 29. (Cough)
I reckon Gallivanting Pete is somewhere around the big four -oh, I know how old little Gisela is, Sandra I have a rough idea, and I think I'm fourth after Bill, my bruv and the venerable David.
I know one thing, these new glasses of mine aren't much good. I read gallivanting as galvanating
Bill,
I have a cousin 6 weeks older than me, and a friend 4 years younger than me, and they're both grannies. Ha!

Paul,
Er, I'm finding writing a sexy bodice-ripper, rather than a humorous one, very difficult. Um, anyone got any tips, or should we play it safe and stick to talking about our ages in case we get thrown off the site?

Galvanating Noe.

Mr Tallet, can you please show a little more respect to our dear friend David. We don't want to upset his feelings, now, do we? Anyway, it's not the age that matters - its the way you wear it. So what's your excuse? :P

David,
If your hangover will let you read this I hope you had a great day :D ,Have you given up the work thing or have you got to punish yourself a bit longer?.
Hi gang,
Gallivanting :!: One of my favourite words. :D It can conjure up sooooo many images. My son often accuses me of being "off gallivanting somewhere again I suppose" whenever he can't track me down on the phone. Its a great hobby, best practiced as often as possible    :D .
No point me being coy about my age either as I already revealed that I will catch David up next year, but age can be very liberating :!: With it comes the confidence to do what you want when you want (with a modicum of dignity of course) and enjoy life.
Gisella,
Congratulations =D> Have a fabulous time In 'Bago and don't do anything I would'nt do [-X :?
Bye for now
In anticipation of gallivanting any time soon 8) (or as sprog teases me, doing my Shirley Valentine thing)

Dear Pete
I'm old enough to have the wisdom never to reveal my age. Damn cheek to ask to be honest ! And I certainly do not gallivant.

David
Belated birthday wishes - how's the hangover ?

Gill
