I also came across this website:

http://www.tdc.co.tt/ (The Tourism Development Company)

There is a link on the lefthand side re the visa requirement which takes you to a 1-page pdf which sets out more clearly (in my opinion, compared to what is on the Caricom website) who needs to get the visa.

It does not mention anything to clarify the "form of status" aspect that others were unsure about though.

Just to kick a dead horse, if you wish to buy the visa online (as they recommend) they direct you to this page:

http://www.caricomimpacs.org/store/prod ... e8e83a70ed

If you click on the reviews button, it takes you here:
http://www.caricomimpacs.org/store/prod ... ucts_id=28

It's an impressive amount of people that seems to have paid 100$ and haven't got a confirmation email...

Just a heads up, if you pay caricom for the visa, use bankers cheque.

I just came back from Tobago in the middle of January. I wish the German embassy would handle the visa issue in case of my gf as easy as the Toabagonians: just had to fill in a form for the customs and got my 90-days-visa in the passport there.
