David,
One?
Mary Lou and I will be going to Mazatlan on the Pacific coast of Mexico in March of '08. We trade a timeshare for our winter vacation in the tropics so are at the mercy of what is available. We'd like to come back to Tobago again so hopefully Sandy Point will come up in '09 and we'll return.

How's eating out for veggies in Castara, we have chosen a self catering option as it always seems to be difficult for me to get food on holidays unless its pizza or cheese toasties!! Oh or chips of course!
I'm hoping there will be some nice surprises in Tobago though!
Definitely going to visit Sandcastles have read lots of good reports about Adam's cooking.

Carole, just ask for the vegetarian option in any of Castara's restaurants and they will rustle something up for you. I've been a vegetarian most of my life but a few years ago began eating fish and, whilst staying on Tobago, I was glad that I had. The fish in Castara is swimming in the sea in the afternoon and on your plate in the evening. You can't get fresher than that.

It was a great pleasure to have a meal in the Boathouse Reastaurant.
The photo was taken in January 2007.
