Hi Sjaak

Welcome aboard!

I'm so glad that you had a great trip to Tobago. The "new" myTobago, which will be out in about three weeks time, has got a section on both cycle hire and mountain biking. Mind you, we haven't got an article on moutainbiking, simply a listing of contact details for the two firms involved in it - and that naturally includes Sean "Iceman".

I'm sending you my address by Private Message and look forward to seeing the photos. Thanks.

I think one of the best ways to rate is likelyhood of return (LoR). But other markers also

Poshness : 1 = very casual, eat out of wrapper with fingers to
10 = very posh, dress to the nines and waiters like penguins

Price : 1 = pocket money level, very cheap
10 = remortgage the children for soup and sell wife for wine.

Friendliness: 1 = Cold, they don't need a fridge to store beer in.
10 = Warm, like what Tobago is all about.

Setting : 1 = Bit grim, a basement would be more scenic
: 10 = They could add 10% for the view

Food quality : 1 = Carried out of restaurant to waiting ambulance
10 = Superb, Michellin will need a new grade for this

Food quantity : 1 = Robert Carrier, slice of tomato, lettuce leaf = salad
10 = Have crane to help get back into car.

LoR : 1 = wouldn't go back except as witness for the trial
: 10 = would book £2000 holiday just to eat there again.
