Sorry Bill
I'm feeling guilty now. It wasn't quite the adventure you imagine; just a little anecdote which brings back fond memories of my grandmother, but I'll tell you about it on the Waffle Thread later.
Actually, it could have nearly have been ME who was whisked away, but I mustn't detract from Paul's Weather thread.
See ya later...

Thats sounds better David.
Knowing your skills I bet the kingfish will taste superb, I like mine pan fried with mash potato and salad together with 3 bottles of Carib.
To be honest I would rather be having that than the roast on Tuesday (please dont tell Leita)

Thanks for the recipe David, it sounds delicious, but it was PAUL who was talking about it, not me!
I must be lurking in your subconcious somewhere...
Merry Christmas my friend....

Christmas Day started with a very overcast sky and frequent heavy showers,by 2pm the sky cleared and we had a pleasant afternoon.
Today a couple of early morning showers but now it is very pleasant.

The Caribbean has looked beautiful for Christmas this year.
The unfortunate exception being some moisture quite close to Tobago ... there could have been a few showers today.
I hope the improvement keeps up so David stays wet on the outside and a little drier on the inside !!
Regards

Just a short shower in the morning then yesterday turned into a terrific day.Today dawned clear and blue. There are one or two whispy clouds(you have to look for them)but otherwise the sky and sea are beautiful and blue. The sea is getting calmer and clearer all the time.

Hello David
I think you should be re-named "Old Faithful", as you seem to be one of the few "regulars" posting during the Great Christmas Shutdown.
I assume it's so quiet because no-one is at work and therefore not at a desk; unlike me who only gets to visit this forum when I'm
not working!
Have a great Old Year's Night
Love

I've started packing.
I refuse to believe that anyone's industrial action will stop me from being in Castara on the 10th.

Happy New Year from another beautiful day in Paradise! There are a few clouds mainly to the south end of the Island, but here all is beautiful.
Had a few rums at Cascreole and Coddries last night, late to bed and no ill effects this morning.
Bye me shivering hearties,
David

Good morning. This morning started beautifully, then at a bout 0930 some high thin cloud apppeared, that has now(1130)cleared to the west and we now have clear blue skies.
Off to catch some rays and a Carib(or two),
David
