Does anyone know if the Blue Waters Inn is open, the on line booking system isn't showing any dates available and I've tried emailing them but have not had a reply.

Yes, as far as I am aware, the Blue Waters Inn is still open (surprisingly). However, they appear to have little concern for PR or customer relations, so frankly it doesn't surprise me that they can't be bothered to reply to your enquiries. Like the Arnos Vale Hotel, it is another example of lost opportunities on Tobago.
