Are you wondering how reliable the info is on this site?

Oustanding is the word that comes to mind. I planned my own trip, activities, accomodations, car etc and you may as well say I sourced everything from Steve's site. I checked other sources for confirmation at the beginning but found MyTobaggo to be the best in almost all regards.

The vacation turned out great, I love planning them myself. Thank-you to Steve for being a Tobago fanatic and sharing the information in a very easy and useful format.

thanks to the editor and others!

Hi,
My impression is that this site is a gem and a veritable goldmine of information.
My girlfriend and I will visit Tobago on the 20th (only 12 days to go!) and over the last few weeks we have sourced virtually all our info, from accomodation to dealing with my dodgy ears when snorkling, weather, where to eat and what to do, from this site - so thanks and congrats to Steve and co for all the hard work they must have put in here.
The discussion boards are fascinating too - but if you are reading this you have probably twigged that!

Thanks also to Glyn K who seems to be a serial poster here, as his posts, packed with local knowledge and common sense, have proved illuminating on a range of issues.

I really look forward to being in Tobago - I have heard so many good things from this website (well, apart from the americans who complained about the level of service at a beach reseraunt  - an expectation issue I think! Chill out guys! This aint NYC or London (thank goodness!)) and look forward to meeting all the lovely people we have heard about and seeing just how beautiful it is in real life!

So thanks again for what is possible the best web site devoted to one place that I have found!

Martin,
London England (but I'd rather be in Norfolk or Tobago!)

PS - coming from Suffolk is Steve an Ipswich supporter? (up the Canaries!)

Careful guys, or my head will be too big to get on board my next Excel flight to Tobago.

Seriously though - thanks! All the effort is really worthwhile when you know it is benefiting people. I get an awful lot of stick from some quarters - mainly in private emails rather than in the forum - and at times it makes me really question why I'm doing it. However, getting to the island this year and speaking to the many well-deserving business owners/managers who are benefiting from good comment here really makes it very, very rewarding indeed.

Ipswich supporter? Do I look that desperate? Only joking! With myTobago I hardly have time for my family, much less football.
