myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

We will be in Tobago at Castara retreats at Easter. Do the shops /restaurants close up? If so which days?Would it be worth us hiring a car for the Easter weekend so we can get to restaurants in other areas or will they be open in Castara?
