During my ongoing search for healthy vegetarian trini-indian breakfast i found
a small shop in Scarborough at the corner of Milford and Sangster roads, also called "Sangster's junction".
Sada Roti and other items in reasonable quality at reasonable prices.
1/2 sada with baighan or tomato choka sells for TT$ 12.00.

Just down the road from the Tourist Office, bus station, and Ziggy Polls, the friendliest hardware store in town!

You can buy a Chicken Leg Sandwich near the ferry terminal in POS ... very handy snack to keep you going until lunch

if you refer to the "Breakfast Shed" on Wrightson Road in Port of Spain, yes they serve heavy
breakfast items... too heavy for me
