Watermill

Five of us went to the Watermill on the Shirvan Road on Saturday evening and would thoroughly recommend. It has just been reopened by new owners, I believe the chef and owner is the son of Dillons at Crown Point.
We all loved the building and what they have done with it, open all around so very airy and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent from the starters of calamari, clams and chilli prawns to the mains of snapper, surf and turf, shrimp and chicken. All were excellently cooked and presented, particularly the vegetables with the main course.
We were rather greedy and had three desserts to share between the five of us, carrot cake, coconut ice cream and a creme brûlée to rival any other I have tasted.
Not the cheapest on the island, although we did have cocktails and several beers. The service was probably the best on the island with one girl front of house waiting all tables. She worked really hard, smiled and was really attentive, excellent!
