Clay oven Bread in Castara

I've forgotten which day the ladies of Castara bake bread in the clay oven -- is it Wednesday or Thursday? I know they also do it on Saturday, but we don't want to have to wait to eat that fabulous bread!!

Fresh bread to order also from Shirma opposite the ATM, Bingy's wife Hazel & Rebecca at Blue Mango.

Thanks so much for the info! Is Shirma's bread as good as the bread that the ladies bake in the clay oven?

Shirma's is oven baked. Very popular locally.
If I see / smell fresh bread I buy it ....
Great treat is to buy the bread from Chious in Scarborough! Fresh Italian bread baked in the pizza oven! IF you HAVE to go to Scarborough that is!
Their pizza is the finest on island, cold glass of white wine spritzer...watch the world go by from the terrace.
