Even though Tanja is on a well earned holiday we have replied to your mail the same day we got it.
Jennifer will send you an e-mail again, together with proof that we replied to your mail 2 days ago.
Sometimes TSTT just "looses" mail, it has happened before. We have little choice here in Tobago concerning ISP's, even if you are willing to pay you cannot get anything else but 56k Modem connections which are not very reliable at times.
