Recommendations? Plymouth ?

We are planning a trip to Tobago for Feb. 28 to March 14, 2005. We are thinking of spending a few days at Man O War cottages, then moving south to Courlan or Irvine Bay. We are not into party lots to things (we would rent a car anyway if we wanted to go smoewhere) We are loooking for 2 bedroom, 4 adults on the beach, clean, TV (our son and nephew need a TV, we compromised, that's why we are at Man O War then going south to "civilization". I have read about BIrdies Nest, Bijou des Cariabes. Anyone been to either of these? How were they like and would you return? Any other places anyone know of?
