Has anyone ever used Spence Car Rentals?

They have good rates, which includes collision damage waiver but what about service? Anyone ever used them ?

We used them two years ago. they were ok, but they had to change our car twice becuase of problems. Friends said this is about average in Tobago - much as we love it. Cant' remember any names, but we must have tried at least five car firms over the years. Being on a limited budget, we havnet had much choice and had to use the smaller local firms. I guess you get what you pay for. The cars have always been older than our kids.
