We will go back again of the end of September. It will be our 7th stay on tobago and also this year we enjoy the mountainbike classic.

I did wonder about a bike, but the cocktail of heat, humidity and hills, you must be very fit, enjoy.

One bonus from the annual mountain bike race. apart from international coverage (?) and an influx of Lycra clad visitors, is that a lot of the outstanding road repairs and resurfacing get done!! Almost overnight it seems.
It is like election year,( when a lot of public works suddenly kickstart into action, )every year now.
We cheered the guys on as they pumped their way up the hill by us.
"There are some downhill bits as well! you know" said I
" Not effin enough" came the reply from a cyclist................
