Although the location is spectacular, a stones throw from Little Bay in Castara, the service was non-existant. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us, the key that was left in the apartment didn't fit the room, so we couldn't go anywhere until "Sparkle" came to give us the right one. There was no toilet paper (glad we noticed while she was there), no hot water and no internet. She did eventually hook it up for us. We were the only guests in the place. The "on-site baking oven" was not working, so no breakfast. The beachfront restaurant, next door was closed. There was no one on-site to answer our requests, we had to call and wait for her which could take hours if she came at all. I know it wasn't busy season, but there was literally one small diner in the town where one could get a meal and she had 3 items on the menu, so after 2 days, that also became an issue.

On a positive note, the bay had decent snorkelling and a variety of birds would come to our balcony rail in the morning.
