I went to stay with Shirma for my medical elective. I stayed for 5 weeks in her single apartment and was very satisfied. Several students came to stay during my visit so I was never alone and Shirma was the perfect host! She will pick you up from the airport and take you back when you are leaving, make sure we got to hospital every morning, took us food shopping weekly and and put us in contact with a cheap taxi driver. The apartments are about a 30 minute walk from Scarborough or a 10 minute drive so it is easy to get around. It was perfect and I thoroughly recommend staying with Shirma!
