Arrived yesterday on Monarch. Great flight, crew looked after everyone really well, must be hard to do knowing the route and jobs are on the line!
Only downside is arriving at Tobago and taking an hour and a half to get through. We are sort of used to it but I know it is not a good first impression for new visitors and that is putting it mildly. Something really needs to be done.
Giving all passengers rum punch while waiting might do the trick
