food outside piarco airport

I have to leave early in the morning from Trinidad [ after vac. in Tobago ] and have heard there is streetfood outside the airport.does anyone know if so what kind & what time & where it's available. thanks rick

As your facing Piarco there are a number of food booths way to the right. Table/chairs outside. Last time I was there a few months back three of the booths were open at 7.00 am serving a good range of Trini breakfast foods and the 'doubles' gent turned up at 8.00 am. I believe that the 'doubles' gent is probably flexible in his arrival time!

thanks john - but i'm leaving at 6:45 am - maybe someone inside is open or i'll wait till I get to Miami [ I have plenty reserve body weight] rick
