Cook for hire?

Post by Kim D »

Greetings! Our extended family of 13 are renting a house in Black Rock during the last week of this year. Can anyone recommend a chef/cook for hire to prepare a family-style dinner on a few evenings? Thank you in advance!

Hello Kim

Welcome aboard! :D

I can't say that any names spring to mind, but I've got a couple of good contacts in Black Rock, so I'll ask them and update via this post. In the meantime, my best suggestion is to ask the owner/manager of the house you are renting. With many/most rental properties, the housekeeper is often available for cooking. Of course we are not talking "chef" here, but many of these housekeepers can turn out good local fare.

Hello Kim

Got something for you. A couple called Adrian and Avisha come highly recommended. You can contact them at [email protected] or via telephone at (868) 322-9498. Hope this helps.
