I stayed at the Big Fish Prestige at the end of September to take some dive classes at ERIC. It was the perfect location as ERIC is directly across the street. This made it perfect for lunch breaks, as I was able to run back to my room and drop off/pick up anything I needed. Also, with it being the slow season, Big Fish was basically the only option in town for a sit down lunch and dinner. The rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom very clean. View of sunsets from my balcony were AMAZING. Only downside was the exchange rate the owner gave me. At the time, the exchange rate from US to TT was 6.6 to 6.7. The ATM by the airport gave me a 6.6 rate. The owner gave me a 6.0 rate. He said that was what "everybody else in town gives." When I checked around, this was not the case. This put a very sour taste in my mind towards them. If staying here, I highly recommend paying in TT, their local currency.
