I have heard whilst on the island that the THA have pulled their support for the protection of Sea Turtles in Tobago. One of the volunteers has said that this will make it very very difficult to do the patrols etc that are required to ensure their safety. Can anyone confirm/deny this? I cannot see anything on their website nor on their facebook page.

Hi Gillian,

I wouldnt be surprised if this is correct. THA had their budget cut from 3.3bn to 2.6bn for 2018 so less moola to go around Im afraid.
