I make no apology for the fact that we have reviewed four different condominiums in the magnificent <em>Black Rock Dreams</em> complex on Grafton Beach. The simple fact is that the four units at either end of this impressive two-storey building offer some of the finest accommodation levels available on Tobago and one can walk straight out of the rear of the complex and onto the hot sands at the sheltered northern end of wonderful Grafton Beach.
