We stayed here with my 86-year-old mother and had an outstanding experience. The main floor location is readily accessible from the driveway drop-off area without any significant stairs. The villa contains everything you could ever need including all appliances, lots of pots, pans, dishes, glassware and kitchent utensils. The sitting porch overlooking the ocean is gorgeous and very spacious and ocean access is very quick and easy down the spiral staircase. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with beautiful tropical plants and flowers. The beach was very quiet and private. All conveniences are nearby including groceries, restaurants and tourist attractions. Liz, the property manager, met us upon our arrival and was most attentive and friendly. We have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Chaconia, and left with many happy memories.
