i think it may have been prior to 2017 Unsure of the year). However, that being said, it is a lovely rental. my family which consisted of 3 children below the ages of 10 and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Christmas. Marvelous view, all amenities available, peaceful, clean, spacious and private with the pool an added plus. we would all return in an instant - no hesitation. the children loved it especially the pool.
