And to top it off, Northern Island play T&T this Sunday at Bacolet (5pm KO). I would have loved to have watched that game!

Me too
I tried 3 or 4 places in Scarborough and the only place that claimed to stock them was sold out and they didn't know if they'd get any more in. Several people told me I'd be able to get one at the airport in Trinidad but that was a non-starter too.
Pity really as I wanted to buy at least 3 football shirts as presents for the family.

The T&T national squad were on the plane with us on the trip home. They were coming over for the Scotland game. Had I known ye were so desperate for shirts I could have robbed them while the team were asleep

Sorry lads
I hear the internet is a great tool for buying things from all over the world!!! Go to
http://www.ttsportshop.com they have the new kits there for $30. I don't know how long delivery would take but if your really want a kit that is the place to go!!

I was told they are changing kits soon hence the shortage.
And just to show off a little, I'm off to Turkey next week as part of a competition prize, I was successful in having my design voted for as the winning kit for the team I support* - I'm off to see it being made!
(*AFC Wimbledon).

Fair Play to you Marc!!! Thats impressive, its a pity we never see Wimbledon on the TV anymore

or we could see your handy work!!
I think the new jerseys are on the website, even though I could be wrong.
Just on the whole Wimbledon thing though, its OK Marc, we all have our own crosses to bear

I think Marc might get upset if you accuse him of supporting Wimbledon.
AFC Wimbledon are a non-league team supported by most former Wimbledon fans after their team sold them down the river and went to Milton Keynes.
Speaking as a Scot, I may purchase a T&T shirt - they are one of the few teams we can beat these days.

Easy mistake to make, that will soon be cleared up when the Franchise mob change their name to MK Dons (or whatever) as we predicted.

Thanks for the link Joe and thanks for reminding me of the resourcefulness of the internet. There was me thinking it was there just for travel information
Unfortunately they only have the TT shirts in small and medium and I couldn't find a reference to a shoehorn anywhere on their site so I've had to pass

We went to the Northern Ireland game, the TT team were staying at the hotel with us (Grafton) and were all friendly. The game was a bit of a disappointment (N.I. won and we were cheering TT) mainly due to the first goal being rather unsportsman like. We asked everywhere about shirts (even the team) and they said that they had been sold out for weeks.
We travelled back with the N.I. team, and unfortunately they mostly acted as drunken louts. Oh well.

My experience with footballers is I am afraid similar. They live in a bubble and generally do not know how to behave.
