I had the pleasure of doing a 30-day clinical elective in Tobago, during which I stayed with Shirma. I would do it again anytime, Shirma and her husband Clifford were wonderful, open-hearted hosts. They not only drove us to the hospital every day, but also to the grocery store every week. In addition, Shirma arranged tours for us and cooked a fabulous lunch every Sunday. You come as a stranger and leave as a friend - thank you Shirma for everything!
