Anyone know the best month for fresh fruit & veg [ mango - papaya - breadfruit - avacado - ect ] All the best Rick !

Literally a moveable feast.

Breadfruit harvest can be quite lengthy but depends on location - almost year round in places round but from end wet season into September-ish
Mango harvest determined by variety - my "Julie" crops June-ish to Sept-ish
Avocado depends on variety but July through to December (some varieties better than others !!)
Papaya - July through to Dec

Have definitely seen a more "seasonal" aspect of availability during the last few months. Various socio-economic disruptions, sea-bridge problems etc seem to have reduced the amount of imported produce finding it's way into and then over from Trinidad
