Looking for a half brother

Hi My Tobago,
My name is Kevin John Draper. I lived with my mother and father in Tobago in the 1960s in the Studley Park area. I am taking a trip to Tobago in Feb 2025 for a holiday and show my family where we used to live. I remember our house being blown down in the hurricane in 1963 and we used to visit Speyside and visit the Petry family.
After my mother Joan Draper left my father, we left to live back in the UK but my father John William Draper stayed living in Tobago, he was a doctor. He later died in a diving accident. My mother heard, that before he died he had a child (a boy) with a local lady called Angela Murray. We never had any joy finding my half brother, but we are really keen to trace him if he still lives on Tobago. Or if anyone knows a way we can trace someone online or perhaps when we arrive on the island. It has taken me nearly 60 years to return to the island where I grew up and I know it will have changed, but to find my half brother would be incredible. Thanks
