I had an incredible stay at Shirma’s Apartments during my medical elective in Tobago. From the moment I arrived, Shirma and Clifford took care of everything, including airport transfers, weekly grocery trips, and daily taxis to the hospital. Their hospitality made the experience seamless and stress-free.
The accommodation is spacious, spotless, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. It was also great to meet other medical students staying there, which added to the experience. Shirma’s Sunday lunch was always something to look forward to, offering a delicious home-cooked meal that brought everyone together.
Shirma was always on hand to help with anything, from arranging transport to recommending the best local tours and places to visit. Staying here made it so much easier to settle into life in Tobago and focus on my elective without any added worries.
If you’re a medical student coming for an elective (or simply visiting Tobago), I highly recommend staying at Shirma’s. It was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
