Hi Christine,
I know BA do fly pets on some flights and there is a direct Gatwick Tobago flight so you could try them and see if its available on the Tobago route.

Hi Christine

I am unsure of the procedure for dogs, but we brought 4 cats with us from the UK. They came on BA as excess baggage. They didn't have to go into quarantine as they had all their vaccinations from being kittens, but we needed an export licence from the UK and an import licence from T&T. They needed to be checked by a Vet 10 days before, again 24 hours before, they were checked again at Gatwick and then had to be checked again on by a Vet at the airport on arrival in Tobago. I would assume that it will be the same for dogs as well as cats.
Hope you manage to get your dog here and if I can help please just let me know.
