Hi Dawn
Welcome aboard!
The only thing you've forgotten is to RELAX!!!!! If you get to Tobago in that state, you'll go mad with frustration at the slow pace of things.
As long as you've got your passports and credit cards, ANYTHING else you're likely to need can be obtained locally, so just relax and enjoy.
Have a great trip and let us know how you get on.

Can you relax on the beach, with the sand bugs????

What sand bugs? Yes, some people can get harassed by sand flies, but you see them or feel them bite. Most people notice little red spots around their feet and lower legs and blame mosquitoes, but they're not. If you are one of the few people susceptible to them, just make sure you're off the beach before sunset because that's when they're at their worst - and spray your legs with a good deterrent before going out, of course.
