We are booking tomorrow to go to Coco Reef & Galley Bay Antigua. Could someone recommend the best deluxe oceanfront rooms to request please? 8)

Hi Mike

I noticed on another topic that the 230's & 240's were the best, so i have requested 2 of those. I also emailed Coco Reef & asked about safes & whether rooms would be ready on arrival. There are no room safes, which is a bit of a nuisance, as we have always found safes in the room to be very useful. They were a bit indignant that I should dare say that rooms were not ready, but i know I have read it somewhere!!

Mike

We will be there before you, as we are going mid May!
There are four of us going, the same as went to Galley bay last year & had a really good time. I hope that there won't be too many children there at that time.

Diane,

Say hello to Mike the maitre'd for me when you get to Galley Bay :D

I'm trying to keep up with the goings on in Antigua through the message board as my wife would like to go back to GB in the future.

We narrowed Coco Reef down from a few possibilities but my wife and I both said we would like to go to a place that has similar qualities to GB. I'm hoping that we chose the right place for all of us.

Will keep an eye out for your posts in the furture.

Thanks

Mike

Mike

My friend Linda wanted to go back to GB as soon as we got home, but we will be having an eighteen month gap. We don't normally go back to the same hotel twice, but sometimes, like Antigua & Florida, we go back to a different town, but we really enjoyed GB, maybe it was because we had friends with us.

Mike, the maitre'd was very professional & really good at letting me know what I couldn't eat, because it had gluten in it.

Are you going to Coco reef with friends?

We could do with a bit of Caribbean sunshine in the Uk at the moment. Unfortunately we only have a week in Cornwall planned

I too keep looking on the Antigua & Barbuda newsgroup, I am quite addicted!!

Diane,

It seems that your friend is very much like my wife
When the time came for choosing our next holiday all she could say was that she wanted to go back to GB.... maybe later I told her so will will probably go back in 2006.

We are going with two of our friends, this will their second visit to the Caribbean with my wife and I.
