I grew up watching the movie and was wondering if there was a tour of the shooting locations. Or even if someone knows where they are that would be helpful.

Hi "S"
Welcome aboard!
I must confess, your post did tickle my fancy - no offence intended.
There's probably not above a dozen ex-pats still on the island who were there when that film was made in 1959/60. As far as locals go, how many of them would remember - much less care. After all, there is no cinema on the island, so film is not something of great interest. So no, you certainly won't get film set tours - and LONG may it continue so.
I can, however, tell you that the film was largely made in Bacolet Bay, just east of Scarborough centre. The beach is public and you can get down to it, but it is now primarily associated with the adjacent Blue Haven Hotel. Check out our review of the Blue Haven to see some photos of the beach. I believe filming spilled over to adjacent Minster Bay.
As a matter of interest, parts of the original Robinson Crusoe film were filmed in Pirates Bay at Charlotteville (and arguably the most beautiful beach on the island) about five years before I first visited Tobago around 1958. At that time you could only get to the beach by boat, and given that it belonged to our hosts, the Turpin family, it used to be our private beach for the duration of our holidays. What a smug bastard I am!

As another bit of useless showbiz/cinema trivia:
The Beatles filmed some scenes from 'HELP' on the same beach.
