It's not fair !!!

I want to go at Christmas, but can't get a holiday at less than a totally extortionate price- like - DOUBLE. I can get a flight there, but can't get one home again. Now to me this isn't a problem, but my boss isn't too keen

If anyone has any return tickets they would like to donate to me, they would be gratefully received ! Guess it will have to be Egypt then

So go for "Old Year's Night" then? Excell (book online via Meridian) have two weeks from 30th December for £449, though if anyone else sees this you will have to be quick!

Thanks for the tip Steve. Unfortunately, I only have the week between Christmas & New Year off work. My husband has the same and the kids go back to school in the first week of the new year. I think I'll just have to go to Egypt and plan to go to Tobago later in the year.

Just thought I'd let you know that I've finally booked for Mexico - it's the closest I could get to Tobago at Christmas without paying over £6,000 for one week !!! (for 4 of us). So if any of you who have been to Mexico and have any hints & tips for me, they would be welcome. Or if you want to make me feel better about NOT going to Tobago .......
