We went to the rain forest with Harris McDonald -(http://www.harris-jungle-tours.com) 3 days after hurricane Ivan. He does many tours and is first-rate - particularly on the birds and trees we were specially interested in. He has his own forest trail: it needed clearing with his machete on our trip with him! Warmly recommended.
