BED & BREAKFAST

I prefer a bed and breakfast basis, using local restaurants for my evening meal. Planning on going to the Grafton Beach area. Are there local restaurants/bars in this area, or small inns/hotels I can use? :?:

Hi Chris

Welcome aboard!

Your question is a little too broad to give a full answer. When you say "local" restaurants/bars, are you referring to small places run/frequented by local people as opposed to more 'international', and therefore more expensive, establishments? If so, there is very limited choice. In International terms you have restaurants such as Indigo and Seahorse Inn - both also do rooms.

:) Thanks for your quick response. Ideally what I'm looking for is something relatively inexpensive with local food, but popular with tourists. I've not been to Tobago so can't give you an example, but I suppose it's what Jemma's or Bird Watchers Bar sound like.

Hi Chris

Simply wade through our accommodation listings and look for the sort of places that take your fancy and fit your pocket. Do likewise with the restaurant listings. You can also check out these forums for comments on various places and obviously we'll also be delighted to answer specific questions.

Hello Steve, sorry, this is my first post here.

I've plowed through your site, but am lost when it comes to identifying where's what, let alone discovering how I should find myself there, anyway.

Do you have a map, with, maybe, grid squares, so that we fledglings can see that accomodation 'x' is, perhaps, a days' hike from feeding facility 'y'?

Most of we soon-to-be honorary Tobagonians aren't yet conversant with place names, you see.

Hi Donald

Creepy!!!!!! Are you standing behind me looking over my shoulder?

Scary because I've just spent all morning working on some cartography dividing the island up into six general regions. The new site (hopefully to be released before Christmas) will divide all listings up into these areas.

So, whilst I know exactly what you mean, I'm afraid there's little I can do in the meantime other than to refer you to our Maps page where you can see a map showing all the locations mentioned throughout the site.

Have fun.

Now I'm starting to twitch thinking you're still standing there.
