myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

I wanted to spend a week in Tobago but I got outvoted and as part of a cruise will be spending one day on the island in Feb next year.
I think we dock at 9am and leave at 5 or 6pm.

Can somebody lay out a fun-filled day for me....As I am very reluctant to use the organised trips the tour company are offering.

Paul,when in Feb?Because if it is the7,8,or9th you will be there for Carnival so the job is done.Otherwise go to the taxi rank and hire a taxi for the day for an Island tour.It is a fixed price,I can't recall how much but it might be elsewhere in the forum.Do not be tempted to hire a car for the day-even from a proper rental firm-as you will just waste your money.However,one day is just not enough.David
