CAFE MELANGE
Lovely setting with seating inside and out and a greek/roman feel to the furnishings. Food tasted delicious and was exquisitely presented. The staff and owner were very pleasant and anxious to please. A bit expensive, approximately 700 TT including a bottle of white wine. Has entertainment some nights. Would return.

CAFE IGUANA
Very disappointed with the service and the food on this occasion. Meals were totally cold and most people had their money refunded. Staff tried their best to please and we were told the chef was new! Not really good enough! Would not return.

MOT MOT RESTAURANT
A nice little restaurant with a somewhat limited menu. The manager was very polite and anxious to please. Local food cooked beautifully and all drinks and table settings presented well. Good value for money all round. Approximately 300TT for two starters and main courses and a couple of glasses of wine! Would return.

SHIRVAN WATERMILL
Again, lovely surroundings. Good menu with lots of daily specials including lobster/crab and local fish. Staff friendly and presentation excellent. Very expensive. Approximately 850TT for two starters and main courses (Can't remember if I had wine - probably!). Would return.

SHORE THINGS
Lovely little gift shop selling all sorts of unusual gifts at very reasonable prices. Also do a nice line in home cooked cheesecakes, quiches and lovely fruit juices. Worth popping in for a browse and refreshments.
