We decided that we couldn't let a year go by without visiting Tobago and have booked Top River Pearl on Steve's recomendation.
Sadly due to availability of flights we are going to have to stay for 3 weeks
Anyone know what has happened to diving in charlotteville? I know Steve said man Friday has closed..
Very excited - can't wait to sit in Lyda's bar watching the sun set..

Hi Louise
It's a hard life, isn't it -waiting for that flight to return you home.
Man Friday are back in business, under the management of Caroline Hardie, a PADI Assistant Instructor (she hopes to qualify as an Instructor about now).
To be honest, I would hop over the hill and use Aquamarine at the Blue Waters, or Extra Divers who will be opening a dive centre at the Speyside Inn in January.
I've had no reports on how the recent weather has affected diving in Man O' War Bay. I imagine Kevin Hampson's recent report in diving in Speyside will apply equally to Man O' War Bay.

Hi Louise,
Full agreement with Steve, it's about 20 minutes in a taxi and costs about 40$TT to Speyside so if you havent got a car it will not break the bank.
I have dive with Aquamarine at BWI and found them excellent, they also don’t usualy check in for the first dive before 10am so plenty of time to get over the previous nights rum punch
Enjoy your 3 weeks.
Regards
Kevin
