Sterling exchange rate

I went into Going Places yesterday and was quoted 10.41TT to the Pound sterling, this despite the fact that the Dollar is over 1.90 to the Pound. Can anyone tell me what the current exchange rate is in Tobago for comparison.

Try travelex.co.uk, current rate is 11.35TT to the Pound and you can collect at Gatwick before you fly

Today's buy rate for Sterling, according to the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago, is TT$11.47.
Just think how many extra rum punches you will be able to have on your holiday

Marks and Sparks have the same exchange rate of 11.35.
