myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

We have been to Tobago previously though we have always stayed in hotels. On our next visit (March 2005) we are hoping to stay in a Villa and have narrrowed down our search to the Coral Seas Villas.

Therefore we would love some comments from fellow travellers regarding both the villas and any agents used- (we have read one, slightly worrying response, concerning an agent). Also what is the going rate for such property?

Any information would be helpful.....

Welcome aboard!

The Coral Sea Villas are a group of nine virtually identical 3-bedroom villas on the Bon Accord estate. I believe they are all privately owned, so vary in terms of decor and furnishing, etc. My understanding is that the main agent for this group is Island Real Estate, who are a well-established and competent agent on the island.

Other than that I can't say I've heard anything either way.
