One Day in Tobago

We will be arriving by cruise ship for just one day in Tobago and are unsure what to do. We had thought of Pigeon Point, but after reading all the comments have decided against it. Any suggestions for a tour guide or a beach close to Scarborough? Are taxis readily available? Are there any private tour companies we could use?

There is a very good beach only 5 minutes by taxi from Scarborough. It's called Bacolet Bay and is situated very close to the Blue Haven Hotel. Has all the amenities you need plus a decent beach bar!
