For anyone interested in seeing the beautiful birds, plants and animals (iguana - beautiful??) of Tobago, Peter Cox (tobagonaturetours.com) runs excellent trips. He was happy to answer all our questions, and we learnt so much about the ecology and history of the island, and the way the rainforest works; we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
