fishing advice

I'm going to Tobago for two weeks on saturday. I'm a keen trout and salmon fly fisherman, but i've never done any sea fishing and won't be taking any kit wtih me. On top of all of this, I'm trying to do the whole thing on a budget.....
Within these parameters, could anyone suggest some advice on where to go/what to do to get some decent fishing? I'd love to do some deep sea fishing, and i've heard a lot about bonefish.
I'm in Charlotteville for a week and Stonehaven for a week - any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi Sam
The odds are stacked against you if you're not taking any gear with you.
Charlotteville will have no shortage of local fishermen willing to take you out in their boat (see health warning in fishing section) but very few, if any, will have suitable gear. The only suggestion is to ask around and perhaps team up with someone else who has some extra tackle and would share costs. A bit like looking for a needle in a haystack I'm afraid.
Stonehaven is a stone's throw from Mt Irvin beach / Turtle beach and several operators ply the beaches for trade. Look at the fishing article in the activities section for details of the known charter trips. The Tuna man will be able to supply tackle and a half-day excursion (note the comments). Good luck

No problem finding someone to fish with in C'Ville.
Talk to Curtis Antoine of Workshop Sea Tours-you'll see his '
office/shack' when you enter town.
He has excellent gear a fast well maintained boat and is very reasonably priced.
