Back pack beach chair

I've read quite a few comments about the shortage of sunbeds around Tobago and thought I'd found a solution, particularly for people like us who don't stay at resorts.
Unfortunately I can't find any retailers of these wonderful things in the UK, so if anyone's seen them for sale anywhere in the UK please let me know.

If you go into about us on their site it includes an address and email address for their European office based in France. I guess they can give you a list of UK stockists.

Julia,I have seen these in our local fishing tackle/beach shop,but when I went to find out more they were closed for holidays!!!!So I suggest you look for a similar sort of camping/fishing shop.

Thanks Julia for sending the link. I accessed the site and was very impressed with their products, but I feel you need really to sit in one to see if it would suit your requirements. I have e-mailed the company in Nice to ask for their stockists in the UK somewhere near us in the Milton Keynes area. If I get that info. I will let you know.

I have not done too much serious research with regard to the chairs but have noticed that one of the range is available on the following website, may well go for a couple as we prefer the quieter beaches on the Atlantic side.

Thanks for all the help. I reckon they should offer me a discount for all the publicity!
Andrew - I can't believe I didn't see that European office! I emailed their US office ages ago but never got a reply.
Dave - I have checked and I couldn't find the range in any of our local shops. You folks down in Cornwall are so much better at this relaxing business!
Jean - I emailed them too before I saw your reply. Got a response too. Put me intouch with
who say they will have the beach chairs available for mail order from UK from 20th March. They tell me I can return them if they don't suit, but like you I'd really like to try before I buy. Still I could get two from them before we go on 31st March.
Paul - Thanks, the ones available from that web site are the higher ones. I think I like the look of the lower ones. Mind you you're closer to the dreaded sandflies then!
