Avis car rental on Tobago

The Avis world-wide website says they have an outlet on Tobago. Does anyone know who their agent is on Tobago, and what their reputation is?

Yes, during my recent trip to the island I was told that Avis were making that claim. I was told that they were using a small local operation - and not one of the good ones allegedly - rather than opening an office or direct franchise. Certainly the feedback I got was dismissive and the whole thing treated as a bit of a joke. I would stay clear. You will pay Avis prices but possibly get something very different to expectation.
