We are booked in at Tropokist in June 05 and having read some reviews are rather worried that it might not be the best decision in the world? Has anyone been recently? has it improved?
Any advice would be marvellous.
Thanks

Hello Wendy
thanks for the info, luckily we are going room only so food wont be a problem. Can I just ask.. was it clean and comfortably enough furnished?
As long as its clean and relatively comfortable, I'm happy!
Thanks
Madeleine

Hi,
We spent a week last December at the Tropikist is one of the Town houses just outside the Hotel. Some of these Townhouses are maintained by Tropikist. We had three ensuite bedrooms, kichen and living room.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, bedrooms were reasonably clean, although the floor below the beds had not be swept for a while. The bathrooms were a bit disappointing, there were no shower curtains, and one of the showers refused to work. We did not use the hotel restaurant, since we had our own kitchen.(':P')
The proximity to Store bay beach was great, but generally this part of Tobago is heavily commercialised. (':!:')
Despite the few problems listed above we had a great time.('')
