Just got back from a magic holiday on Tobago. We used Yes Tourism because of reports here. They booked a jeep for us with a small rental agency. I won’t say which one because the guy deserves respect and I think this was a one off. He was supposed to meet us at the airport. We waited. Nobody showed. We rang Yes Tourism. The office was closed, but the answerphone gave emergency numbers. That got me in touch with Patrick who arranged a taxi to our guesthouse while he sorted it. 30 minutes after we check-in the owner of the rental agency arrived in person, with the jeep. He was so apologetic and embarrassed that it like ended up with us apologising to him for causing trouble. The guy was really cut up, there was no doubting that. He more than compensated us for the foul-up. Patrick rang to check that the car had arrived. It was all dealt with so quick. Everybody just couldn’t do enough for us. It was really like having friends on the island. We cant wait for our second trip and I know where I’ll be getting my car. Thanks guys – you really helped make our trip. Respect!

Hello Sam, thank you for your kind words regarding the problems with your rental car reservation. I would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused. We select our business partners very carefully and listen to the comments of visitors. The company that provided your vehicle has just started working with us. We have chosen them after a thorough check of their operation. Comments about them here in the forum also encouraged us to give them a try. I am sure that your problems were the big exeption and not the rule. After talking to the owner I am confident that this will not happen again and 3 reservations in the last 2 weeks were handled in very professional and efficient manner. I hope you have enjoyed your stay in Tobago and that you will return to our lovely island soon.
