We're back 
Good points re Tropokist..
Lovely (very large) room (superior) with amazing panoramic sea view and nice large bathroom. We were upgraded as it was our anniversary, the standard rooms are much smaller but still adequate and comfortable.
Clean throughout
Beautiful pool (the best we have experienced!) spa pool also lovely.
Good enough food when we did eat in (we were room only so not often)
Nice bar area/swim up bar was fun
Less good points..
Animals ? rats on balcony several nights running. We told when we complained they were baby manicou but sure as hell looked like rats to us (we saw them very close up through french windows. mmm!)
Towels were taken arround 10am and not replaced til 4pm ish, so not good if you wanted a shower in the day
Sometimes maid 'forgot' to make-up room!
Tiles were being relaid outside the rooms, causing annoying dust/dirt and also noise if in the room during the day at all.
Rather dismissive attitude of some of the staff, pushy in house dive instructor but several of reception/restaurant staff were helpful and pleasant.
In summary.. its a decent enough hotel if you are on a budget, well we didn't want to come home!
